This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made through the Couture Albion website.

Return period
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Return instructions

  1. Return request: Contact our customer service at info@couture-albion.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Packaging and Shipping

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Include the return form as well as any necessary documents or images.
  • Download and print the return label from the link we send in the email.
  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Return costs

  • For defective products: No costs to the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged during transport or otherwise defective.
  • In case of cancellation (change of mind): The customer pays the actual costs of returning the product. This applies if the product was purchased by mistake, does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the product.

Specific Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Return due to cancellation: You can return the product within 14 days if it is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • Defective items: Contact customer service immediately for instructions. Couture Albion will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged items: Send pictures of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover return shipping costs if necessary.
  • Wrong product received: Contact us and we will cover the return costs and ensure that you receive the correct product.
  • The product never arrived: Contact us so we can start an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement item.
  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Damaged or Defective Goods Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 48 hours and send us pictures of the damage or defect. We will assist you with a return or refund.

Policy for Undamaged Goods
If you regret your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as it is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

  • Return deadline: Returns must be reported and sent within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Return Processing: Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refund conditions: Refunds are approved if the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. For defective or incorrect products, refunds are approved after inspection.
  • Refund Time: After approval of the return, it takes up to 7 business days to process the refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Hygiene products (e.g. socks, underwear), unless they are unopened and unused
