Copenhagen Shipping Policy

  • Countries: We currently ship within United kingdom
  • Future Expansion: Expansion to other areas is being considered.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Within UK: Free shipping on all orders.
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly disclosed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Last Order Time: 10:00 PM (CET - Central European Time, Amsterdam).
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

TRANSPORT TIME

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
  • Weekdays: Shipments are made Monday to Friday.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Please contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.

MISSING GOODS PROCEDURE

  • Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package at info@couture-albion.com
  • Solution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and either send a replacement item or offer a refund.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Policy: Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Personal items cannot be returned.
  • Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Couture Albion will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.

REFILL FEE

  • No Restocking Fee: Couture Albion does not charge a fee for returns.

RETURN COSTS

  • For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged in transit or otherwise defective.
  • For Customer Re-Determination: The actual cost of returning the product will be charged to the customer. This applies if the customer has purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the item.
